It was an absolute joy to be able to gift this session to a family fighting childhood cancer recently. The Keighley's came along to my bluebell sessions so we could capture some fun and cuddles before their 2-year-old daughter had to undergo an operation to remove her tumour a couple of days later.
We met at private woodlands I was given permission to use and had fun blowing bubbles, smelling the flowers and having lots of cuddles with Mummy, Daddy & bump!
What a gorgeous wee soul! I'm so pleased her treatment is going well and they've welcomed a beautiful baby boy to the family to bring them some much needed joy.
If you'd like to, you can make a donation to Neuroblastoma UK here.
At the end of last year, I applied to become a volunteer photographer for the Gold Hope Project. While this wasn't an official shoot through the charity, I have since done another gifted session for them which I'll be sharing soon. Please find out more about the Gold Hope Project here.
